2. Photography Services

2.1 Session Booking and Deposits

When booking a photography session with us, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total session fee to secure your date and time. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your session.

For outdoor sessions, if weather conditions are unfavorable (heavy rain, extreme temperatures, or severe weather warnings), we will reschedule your session at no additional cost. The decision to reschedule due to weather will be made by the photographer no later than 2 hours before the scheduled session time.

2.5 Photographer Cancellation

In the rare event that we need to cancel your session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality images that meet our professional standards and your expectations. After receiving your gallery of edited images, you have 7 days to review them. If you are not satisfied with the technical quality of the images (focus, exposure, composition), please contact us within this period to discuss your concerns.

3.2 Retakes and Reshoots

If you are not satisfied with your images due to technical issues on our part (such as poor focus, improper exposure, or other technical failures), we will offer a complimentary reshoot at a mutually agreed-upon time. Please note that stylistic preferences or changes in vision after receiving the images are not considered technical failures.

3.3 Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, once you have received access to digital files, we cannot offer refunds. However, we will work with you to address any concerns you may have about the images.

4. Physical Products

4.1 Quality Assurance

All our physical products (prints, albums, canvases, etc.) are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

4.2 Return Process for Physical Products

  1. Contact us at reply@vomrelonquiblghu.world within 7 days of receiving the product, describing the issue and including photos of the damaged or defective item.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Return the item in its original packaging with all included accessories.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund.
